The Music Production Guild Aotearoa/New Zealand is an advocacy network founded to support our production community and enable them to sustain long-term careers in the music industry. Think of us as part of your professional toolkit – if you need help with legal questions, advice on a production, or if you want to contact a network of other producers and the wider music industry, we're here to help.

 

MPG aims to support a successful community of music production professionals, and in turn, help champion and grow our music ecosystem. We operate with a committee of music industry professionals and a diverse advisory group to work alongside our community and build international networks.

The MPG is seeded with funding from the NZ Music Commission and Recorded Music with ongoing funding sourced through a subscription model.
